[Image Processing Development Case] Tablet Appearance Inspection Device

We will automate sensory inspections. The appearance inspection of colored sugar-coated tablets will be conducted using image processing.

The appearance inspection of coated tablets involves multiple factors such as color tone, dirt, foreign substances, shape, and scratches, many of which rely on human visual inspection. Our company has developed a dedicated algorithm that simultaneously inspects multiple factors, achieving the automation of visual sensory inspection.
